Tiello has partnered with a highly reputable Commercial General Contractor in the Durham, NC area on their search for a Construction Estimator to focus on work in the Commercial Sector, working in a team to put together estimates ranging in value up to $70M.
As a Project Estimator, your main responsibility will be to compile estimates for the cost of work by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. Included in this will be the estimation of labor, material, equipment, and time requirements in order to compute the overall cost and duration of the project.
